Eat & Drink like Bourbon Royalty

Your day begins with an insider’s look at the craft of whiskey blending led by Sean Josephs, offering a rare perspective into the role of a modern Master Blender. You’ll practice the art of building your own whiskey blend (and maybe find a favorite single barrel from their 10 year bourbons, too).

Our lunch takes us to the historic Castle & Key Distillery, a beautifully restored landmark where heritage and innovation meet. Guests will enjoy a private tour of the grounds, culminating with a Snake River Farms steak and whiskey pairing, matching Castle & Key and Pinhook bourbons and ryes with some of the most famous cuts from the iconic ranch.

The day will conclude back at Justin’s House of Bourbon with a private, expertly guided bourbon and charcuterie experience, including vintage Old Taylor, the newest Buffalo Trace Antique Collection E.H. Taylor, vintage Pinhook and more. Guests will explore an extraordinary range of pours — from contemporary standouts to rare, decades-old expressions. Each selection will be contextualized by resident whiskey historian Caroline Paulus, offering depth, narrative, and nuance to every glass.
